Services Provided Heavy Hitters Moving Company LLC provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to:

Local moving

Packing and unpacking

Loading and unloading

Furniture assembly/disassembly

Storage coordination

Delivery and transportation services

Service availability may vary based on scheduling, weather, equipment availability, and operational considerations. 2. Estimates & Pricing Non-Binding Estimates Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change due to:

Additional items

Changes in inventory

Accessibility issues

Staircases or elevators

Long carry distances

Delays outside company control

Additional labor requirements

Hourly Rates Hourly billing begins upon arrival at the starting location and ends upon completion of services. Deposits Deposits may be required to secure booking dates and may be non-refundable under certain circumstances. 3. Customer Responsibilities The customer agrees to:

Provide accurate moving information

Ensure legal access to all locations

Secure parking permits if required

Properly package fragile or valuable items unless packing services are purchased

Remove or disclose hazardous materials

Ensure utilities and elevators are accessible when necessary

The customer is responsible for preparing all items before the scheduled move time unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Prohibited Items Heavy Hitters Moving Company LLC will not transport:

Hazardous materials

Explosives or flammable substances

Illegal items

Firearms or ammunition unless legally disclosed and approved

Perishable goods

Live animals

Currency, jewelry, or irreplaceable valuables

Customers should personally transport high-value or sentimental items. 5. Damage & Liability Limited Liability Heavy Hitters Moving Company LLC exercises reasonable care in handling customer property. However, the Company is not liable for:

Damage caused by improperly packed items not packed by the Company

Pre-existing damage

Mechanical or electrical failure of electronics or appliances

Damage to particle board, pressboard, or ready-to-assemble furniture

Damage caused by customer instructions

Natural disasters or events beyond our control

Claims Any damage claims must be reported in writing within:

7 days of service completion for visible damage

48 hours for missing items

Failure to report within these timeframes may result in denial of the claim. Maximum Liability Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, liability is limited to repair costs or replacement value determined by the Company. 6. Delays & Scheduling While we strive to meet scheduled arrival and completion times, Heavy Hitters Moving Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic

Weather

Mechanical breakdowns

Customer delays

Building restrictions

Unforeseen circumstances

Estimated times are not guaranteed. 7. Cancellation Policy Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

Loss of deposit

Cancellation fees

Minimum service charges

8. Payment Terms Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash

Credit/debit cards

Certified funds

Electronic payment methods

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and collection actions. 9. Storage Services If storage services are provided or coordinated:

Stored items remain at customer risk unless otherwise specified

Monthly storage fees must be paid on time

Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or disposal rights permitted by law
